With the submission of the online Photograph Submission Form and Release, I grant non-exclusive license in perpetuity to GoMOWSA and it’s board members to use the images I have provided via this form or those provided by me to GoMOWSA or a GoMOWSA board member via any another method of transfer. The images provided may be used for (but not limited to) the following purposes: promotion and advertisement of GoMOWSA activities or events via the GoMOWSA website, social media accounts operated by GoMOWSA, in printed materials, and in email communication.

I acknowledge that I will not be entitled to any payment or royalties for such usage. I further release GoMOWSA, it’s board, and it’s successors and assigns from any claims, demands, or causes of action by me, my representation, or heirs in relation to the use of these images.
