Shoals to Shore

The Isles of Shoals are a group of small islands and tidal ledges situated approximately 6.5 miles (~10.5 km) off the east coast, straddling the border of Maine and New Hampshire. The Shoals to Shore swim is an approximately 6.3 mile ocean swim from Appledore Island in Maine to Wallis Sands Beach in New Hampshire. Entries can be for a solo swim or for 3 swimmer relays.

The next swim will occur in August 2026 as a fundraiser for the Blue Ocean Society for Marine Conservation in recognition of their 25th anniversary.
